Dedicated bonded warehouse facilities:
In Amsterdam Scheer has built a blending and storage warehouse facility, dedicated to sugar cane spirits only. Within the warehouse we have a wide range of oak barrels, wooden vats and state of the art stainless steel tanks which are used to store, age and produce Scheer blends for our clients. The specialisation and range is unsurpassed in the Rum industry.

Outside the Amsterdam facility we age Rums and Batavia Arrack in their tropical country of origin, bringing them to Amsterdam when the age characteristics are achieved.

At other locations in Europe we use barrel storage facilities to create a variety of unique Rum finishes.
The conditions in which our spirits are stored are carefully monitored. The building, facilities and materials all comply with local regulations.

Scheer has all the necessary customs permits to operate the bonded warehouse, plus the skills and knowledge to complete all applicable customs documentation.
